A Toledo real estate company will develop its inaugural retail center off Interstate 75 in Troy. Tolson Enterprises, which owns many Dayton area shopping centers, will make its first foray into development with a 9,000-square-foot center near Interstate 75 at state Route 55 and South Dorset Road.
